Return & Refund Policy

At Amarjivi, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality wellness and herbal products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting our support team with order details and product images as proof.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personal care and wellness products once opened

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verification.


Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.
